Once you've signed up to The Making Spot, you'll automatically have access to all sorts of cool stuff! Download our free patterns & projects, make a wish list to save ideas for later and share photos or comments about your latest makes.
But before you dive in, remember to take a minute to update your profile page! You can add a picture of yourself, and tell other users a bit about you and your favourite crafts.

 Step 1Sign up to the site to create your profile. |
 Step 2Click on the 'Edit my profile' tab in your profile page. |
 Step 3Scroll down the page and upload a photo to add to your profile. |
 Step 4Now add a bit of text to tell others about your favourite crafts. You can even add a link to your blog or Ravelry page so others can find out more about you. |
 Step 5Click save and now when others see you, they can see your public profile. .Now when others see you're making something, they can click on your profile picture to find out more about you! |
