The little house of stitches

We love the Hansel and Gretel gingerbread house with its candy twist doors and lollipop flowers. It's easy to make too, using the more basic embroidery stitches like buttonhole and chain stitch. Startwith the colour of fabric you would like to stitch on to, then hold the threads you want to stitch the design with next to the fabric to seeif the fabric and threads will work welltogether - it's easy to pick out colours untilyou find your own sweetie mix.
