This jacket knitting pattern, designed exclusively for us by Sarah Hatton, will go wonderfully with any tweed or tartan garments you own, and also makes a delicious contrast to finer cloths such as chiffon or satin. Because it looks great against so many other fibres and fabrics, this jacket is a very versatile garment and one you’ll frequently find yourself reaching for. “I think the jacket is a great layering piece for the autumn months,” says Sarah. This is a good project for advanced beginner and intermediate knitters. There’s some simple cabling to create the patterns around the cuffs and hem, a little increasing, and then plenty of decreases at the raglans, but never too much going on all at once. Raglans are easier to sew than set-in sleeves, and with an aran-weight yarn like this it’s easy to see all your stitches and ‘read’ your knitting. It’ll be a thoroughly enjoyable knit!
Rowan Purelife Renew is a lovely yarn that knits up with the attractive flecked look oftweed fabric. It's made from 93% recycled wool and 7% polyamide, making it warm and hardwearing, and good for the environment. As an aran-weight yarn it knits up fairly quickly into a sturdy fabric.

Sorry for the tardy reply, I sorted it in the end Jenny but seemed to be lots of little typos with the pattern, esp around the sizing.
Thanks for the reply.
