    You will need

    Sarah Hatton's smart cushion knitting pattern uses a mixture of tiny cables and textures to great effect. The central panel is knitted first, then stitches are picked up and knitted along each vertical edge so that the cables run at right-angles to the central panel. Sarah has used four balls of Rowan Cashsoft DK for her cushion, in a leaf-green shade.
