Keep your cutie safe from chills and cold in this cosy pure wool dress by Amanda Jones
Something soft and warm, something easy to put on... this dress is one little girls will love wearing, especially if you get them to choose the buttons for it. It’s an especially good knit for little girls who hate wearing trousers, even on the coldest days.
Designer Amanda Jones chose a pure wool yarn from Rico Design, which makes the dress lovely and warm. “I think this is a good yarn for children as, being a natural yarn it is hard wearing,” she says. Because this yarn is a single-ply spun from pure wool, it is extremely soft and squashy to handle. however, you will need to take extra care when laundering it: handwash it in cool water and use a specialist wool detergent to avoid felting.
