There are a multitude of uses for Helen Philipps' festive motifs, either as a single sampler or using each design separately
These lovely little designs by Helen Phillips can be used for a number of decorative and useful Christmas bits and bobs. While the completed patch of nine motifs would look great hanging on a door or mantelpiece, the separate pieces make quick and easy motifs, particularly when you include the charms. Helen says, ”I loved designing this little nine patch. I wanted to make it really festive and also very versatile.” It's certainly both of those things and on the next couple of pages there are lots of great ideas about how you can put the designs to good use. We've used the main design as a decorative cover for a cake box - a great way to keep your cake a hidden secret from the family until the grand unveiling and cutting on Christmas Day.
