It's a perfect day in the garden with the birds and the butterflies flitting and flying among the clematis in this idyllic design by Lesley Teare
There are few more uplifting sights than birds visiting a garden in bloom and Lesley was inspired to design these cross stitch charts by her own garden, “I have a bird table in my garden and some of my favourite visitors throughout the year are from the tit family. The sampler shows five of the species: blue tit, great tit, marsh tit, long-tailed tit and coal tit. Their antics on the feeder are always a joy to watch. With the background of pretty pink clematis this sampler, just like the birds in my garden, is a joy to look at all year.”
