This delicate-looking yet resilient crocheted bag celebrates the coming of spring with a profusion of gorgeous pink and yellow flowers. You'll be working on your half-trebles, and the results are spectacular. This is a playful knit for those who like their bags to be bold, bright and brassy. If you're still short of Mother's Day gift ideas, it could be just what you're after. Crocheted in Texere's Prism Optic, the yarn runs smoothly along the hook, and the bright dyes (Magenta, Sunshine and Green Fir) really bring the flowers to life. A regular visit to a nearby cafe prompted Heather to come up with the design: “I saw a bunch of flowers on the table,” says the talented designer, “and the colours really sang against the white tablecoth.”

Just a question for those people making it...what kind of stitches are involved? I'm not super advanced, but I can handle trebles, single and double crochet, decreasing, slip, chain, and a few more.
