    Retro dress-up dolls

Angela Poole turns back the calendar with some nifty Fifties-style cut-out ‘fashion models’

You are going to have so much fun making these cards - you'll find the free dress-up dolls printables on the Papercraft inspirations website. We just love the retro look! You can either print out the ready-coloured versions or just outlines that you can customise yourself.

It’s so nice to send a card that is also a gift – and the recipient of these will certainly enjoy dressing up the dolls. Paper dolls have a lovely nostalgic feel. Many of us have fond memories of dressing dolls like these again and again – usually until the paper tabs wore away!

This is a pdf article, first published in Papercraft inspirations magazine. It includes a step-by-step guide for how to make a dress-up doll card. All shopping lists and supplies suggestions in this pdf were correct at the time of publication, but you may need to improvise and shop around for supplies if items are no longer in the shops.

If you love this, don't miss more card projects from Angela Poole on The Making Spot.
