Unless you're a super-human craftaholic, every card maker gets caught out by last-minute birthdays from time to time. Jane Dean has, so she's created this handy birthday box to make sure she never forgets again! “I'm absolutely hopeless at sending cards,” laughs Jane. “I remember birthdays and anniversaries and even buy cards in good time - yes, BUY cards - I just never get round to posting them until it's too late. I used to phone and make excuses. I even got my sister to buy cards and pretend they were from me but my step-dad caught me out on that one! My Nanny tried to help me by giving me a calendar with family birthdays marked on it but that didn't work either. This year I've tried something different. I've made ALL of my cards in advance, they're all in a tin with a divider for each month with birthdays marked on a calendar. All I have to do is remember to look and send the cards. I can do that can't I?...”
