When we asked super scrapper
Jane Dean to come up with some ways to scrapbook tree decorations, she was over the moon!
“I love hanging old decorations made by the children at school,” she explains, "paper chains and threaded popcorn - and I can remember making decorations with the help of Blue Peter when I was little... angels with doily dresses and those wire coat hangers with tinsel and candles!” Jane's never tired of making her own decorations. “When I saw these chipboard shapes, I thought they would be ideal to hang on my tree.” With just one pack of chipboard, a few patterned papers and some glitter, you can make more than 2 decorations, and with Jane's fun ideas, you're sure to be inspired to have a go!
This is a pdf article, first published in Papercraft inspirations. It includes Jane's tips for making your own chipboard Christmas decorations. All shopping lists and supplies suggestions were correct at the time of publication, but you may need to improvise & shop around if items are no longer in the shops.
