You will need:

Step 1
Layer your card blank with a panel of red card. Print and cut out the sausage dog shapes.
Step 2
Cut a piece of gingham paper, so that it's slightly smaller than the red card panel.
Step 3
Glue the sausage dog shapes across the piece of gingham paper as shown in the picture. Trim the edges neatly and attach to the front of the card.
Step 4
Stick three gems along the dog's collar and a fabric heart to the top of the card.
