This card is quick and easy to make with punched circles and letter stamps or stickers
You will need:

Step 1
Cut a piece of patterned paper slightly smaller than the card blank and stick it to the front of the card.
Step 2
For the balloons, punch out 13 circles from coloured card. Punch matching 'baskets' using the bottom half of the small cupcake punch. (If you don't have the cupcake punch, you can hand cut a basket shape and trim the top edge with decorative scissors.)
Step 3
Use stamps or stickers to spell out happy birthday on the balloon circles. Attach the balloons and baskets together by gluing strips of button twine behind the circles and the baskets.
Step 4
Add the balloons and baskets to the card with sticky foam pads.
