Mother's Day card

Make this fun card for Mother's Day - if you don't have any felt, you can use coloured card to create the flower
You will need
Your basic card kit, plus...

Pale blue, turquoise & purple card

Felt – Spotted Lavender, Purple & Pale Blue, from Hobbycraft

White buttons

Large purple button

Purple felt-tip pen

Flower template (below, under 'Need a hand with this project?')
Step 1
Create a 14cm square card blank from purple card. Layer it up with a 13cm square of pale blue card and a 10cm square of turquoise card.
Step 2
Write your greeting around the pale blue border using a purple felt-tip pen.
Step 3
Using the templates provided to help you, cut out the two felt flowers and a 3.5cm circle of purple felt. Layer up the felt flower on the card.
Step 4
Glue a white button to each corner of the card and add a purple button to the centre of the flower to finish.
