Make a scary spider card

Craft this scary spider and send a Halloween message to a friend. Designer Enfys Cashmore has used googly eyes with eyelashes to make her spider a little less scary!

You will need:

Basic card kit plus...

• White petal point card blank
• Black card
• Steampunk Spider stamp
• Tangled Web stamp
• Letter stickers
• Large black button
• Googly eyes
• Ink pad

Step 1

Ink the edges of the card blank with a black ink pad. Stamp the spider’s web in one corner, and the little spiders along the shaped edge.

Step 2

Hand cut 8 wide V-shapes for the spider’s legs and glue them in place on the card.

Step 3

Use a large black button as the body of the spider and attach a pair of googly eyes.

Step 4

Spell out your sentiment using letter stickers.
