Make a hot air balloon card

    As seen in Papercraft inspirations

Use coordinating patterned papers along with our free template to make Zoe Pierson's stylish hot air balloon card

    You will need:

    Basic card kit, plus...

    • Kraft card blank
    • Coordinating patterned papers
    • Rub-on greeting
    • Natural twine
    • Circle punch
    • Your downloadable template (below, under 'Need a hand with this project?')

    Step 1

Take your card blank and place a panel of patterned paper down the left-hand front.

    Step 2

Wrap some button twine around the card front several times.

    Step 3

Cut two circles from different patterned papers and stick them to the front of the card with sticky foam pads.

    Step 4

Using the templates, cut the shapes and layer up the balloon using sticky foam pads as shown. Stick it to the centre of the circles.

    Step 5

Add the rub-on greeting to the bottom right-hand side.
